Client Details

We are looking for an Administrator/Cash Controller for an established business based in Wellingborough.

This is a full time, temporary maternity cover position, which is due to last around 10 months.

This role will sport the organisation with general administration tasks and will also allocate and collect payments.

Description

  • Entering cheques and payments onto the system

  • Prepare the daily banking

  • Download daily bank statements

  • Take responsibility for petty cash

  • Calculate and pay agents commission

  • Set up online payments

  • Liaising with customers regarding outstanding payments

  • Process expense claims

  • Adhoc administration duties

Profile

  • Proven administration or cashing experience

  • Credit control experience would be an advantage

  • Be highly organised and have strong attention to detail

  • Be a confident MS Excel user

  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

Job Offer

Salary up to £20,000 PA (experince dependant)
