Administrator/Call Handler

Redex Recruitment are currently working with a leading facilities company who are currently looking for Administrators/Call Handlers to join their growing team

Your role will involve tasks such as;

  • Taking incoming telephone calls from customers with queries/issues
  • Allocate workload to service engineers
  • Ensure office filing is kept up to date
  • Make appointments for a range of services
  • Data entry
  • Complete other tasks as required to fulfil the purpose of this role

My client is looking for someone who has previous experience working as an Administrator and is confident using Microsoft Word and Excel with a good telephone manor

A competitive salary is being offered for this role of £20,000 - £24,000 depending on your experience
