Administrator - Business Support Team

We are seeking an Administrator to join an exciting, market-leading company in the brewing, food and drinks industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong administrator who is seeking a role to build on their existing expertise. It would suit someone with an interest in developing their customer service skills.

Duties will include:

  1. Generation of despatch documentation and despatch of products globally
  2. Order tracking and fulfilment ex-works, including liaison with official bodies, courier companies and customers to assure on-time delivery of goods
  3. Negotiation of contracts with suppliers for cost-effective delivery
  4. Comply with quality standards ensuring standard operating procedures are in place for all tasks
  5. General administrative tasks - management of logistics room, stock levels etc
  6. Co-ordination with the Sales and Flavour Technology teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment process
  7. Monitoring and reporting of logistics metrics e.g. customer satisfaction, order fulfilment, courier costs etc.
  8. Booking of flights and accommodation for Company personnel
  9. Work collaboratively together with second Logistics Administrator
Qualifications and Experience


  • Minimum of two years’ experience in an administration role (preferably within logistics)
  • Minimum of 5 GCSE’s grade A to C including Maths and English


  • NVQ Business Administration or equivalent
  • Hands on experience of using export procedures
  • Second language
  • Familiar with e-commerce software
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001: 2008
