Administrator - Assistant Office Manager
We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join a busy office in central Altrincham as an Office Administrator / Assistant Office Manager providing them with a very broad range of administrative support. This is a proactive, autonomous and varied position which plays a central role within a dynamic company.
As the Office Administrato / Assistant Office Manager you will work very closely with the Office Manager and will be responsible for a varied and constantly evolving workload in a fast paced environment. The responsibilities of this role are extremely broad and vary from routine tasks such as day-to-day office management through to supporting the team in their day to day activities, getting involved in the fine details. The role also involves liaising with other departments in the company as well as maintaining spreadsheets and compiling reports.
To succeed in this role you will be an experienced Office Administrator with excellent organisational and time management skills. Confident in your own abilities, you will enjoy working in a busy and challenging environment where you have the autonomy to manage and prioritise your own workload. Good with computers, you will have used MicroSoft Office extensively in the past and have strong Excel and Word skills. You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills that will help you interact effectively at all levels within the business and you will be driven by the desire to deliver a high level of service at all times. A knowledge of Health and Safety and a First Aid qualification are highly desirable for this role.
