Christian Faversham Ltd is a national event hire provider. We are looking for admin support assistants to work alongside senior hire advisors. Processing online payments on confirmed orders, logging event details into Microsoft Outlook and Google Maps, emailing invoices, answering telephones and filing. Opportunity to progress to an Event Advisor for applicants with event experience.
We have an established customer base of 15 years. Due to popularity and repeat business we are looking to expand our specialist event hire customer services team to provide event hire equipment and event kitchens.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Admin or data entry experience
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good computer skills
- The ability to manage a high volume of repetitive tasks to a high degree of accuracy
- Good communication skills
- Have a confident, engaging telephone manner
This is a full time position working Monday - Friday 9 - 5/5.30pm.
