Our Bordon based Client, who specialise in freight transport are expanding their team and seeking an experienced office Administrator to assist in the running of their busy office either on a part time or full-time basis. Own transport essential due to location.
Entry of orders onto computer system
Dealing with invoices and queries
Liaising with drivers with any issues that may occur.
Communicating effectively with clients and colleagues on the telephone
Answering all incoming calls.
General office administration duties
Must be computer literate
Polite and friendly
Good Interpersonal Skills
Ability to deal with people on all levels
Possess Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
This position is either available on a full-time basis Monday - Friday 10:00am-7:00pm
Or on part time basis Monday-Friday 2:00pm-6:00pm paying £9.50 per hour.
