As our AOS, you will be responsible for making travel arrangements and co-ordinating these with our clients and professionals. You will also be expected to upload certificates, send out contracts and chase various information from our Professionals to ensure our database is kept updated. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to recruiting, selecting and evaluating our Professionals using various media and being able to promote their skills and experience to our clients via written communications. You will need to ensure that our Professionals are compliant with their various specialisms as well as checking their eligibility for employment with our Clients.

As our ideal candidate you will have experience within an Administrative / Sales or Recruitment role, you will have excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills to include good social skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and work independently and be pro-active. You will be motivated and pro-active and have a working knowledge of Microsoft systems to include Outlook, Word and Excel and the ability to adapt to our own internal company systems. You should be educated to degree level, or have the ability to perform at this level by experience.
