We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Coordinator to work for a global organisation South of Cambridge.
The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for supporting commercial teams, primarily Sales and Marketing, in their district/territory customer facing activities, such as small tradeshows, events and sponsorships. This position requires good interpersonal skills, as well as exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Tasks will include:
*Provide general event logistics support at small events, tradeshows and sponsorships
*Manage Finance administration for local activities, incl. raising purchase orders and setting up vendors in SAP/Ariba
*Work with external vendor to manage shipment of tradeshow booths and other equipment to and from events across Europe
*Source branded promotional items for conferences and events, adhering to company brand guidelines
*Track budget spend in online budget tracking tool
*Administer the submission of documents for internal legal review through online portal
*Create lead collection forms in lead collection tool, and prepare collected leads for database import using Excel
*Resolve administrative problems by analyzing data, and identifying solutions
*Provide information by answering questions and requests
*Act as an ambassador - internally & externally, exhibiting a positive attitude and living our values
*Develop business partnership with departments, functions and teams

*Some experience in a similar role or Administration role would be beneficial
*High-energy individual with exceptional attention to detail
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple and changing priorities
*Strong interpersonal and team player skills
*Computer literate and ability to become proficient in a number of finance, budget tracking, and marketing systems

Salary: £21,000 - £22,000 pa
