Your key responsibilities with include:
- Entering sales figures onto Excel
- Taking customer orders (telephone and email)
- Processing customer orders accurately on in-house system
- Answering customer queries
- Checking deliveries in and out
You will need:
- Adept math skills
- Competency in using Excel
- To be able to multi-task effectively
- Good telephone manner when speaking to customers
- The ability to deal with challenging customers professionally
- Be a real team player!
