We have an outstanding opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join a boutique town and country planning consultancy business based in the Preston area. You will be joining a fast paced environment working alongside an extremely talented team.

We are on the look out for someone who has some previous experience of working in an office environment doing administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Programmes or Google Drive documents.

Within the role the successful candidate will need to have the ability to manage business correspondence, therefore must have excellent communications skills and customer service skills. They will also be in charge of diary management for the senior team within the business.

Responsibilities / Skills required:

·         Previous experience within an administration role

·         Good knowledge of Microsoft Programmes or Google Drive Documents

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Good telephone manner

·         Impeccable presentation

·         Great organisations skills

Salary / benefits:

Salary of up to £8.21 per hour

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
