Pay rate: £11.00 - £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract: Temporary, ongoing
The Successful candidate will have:
• Experience in using Word, Excel and Case Management systems
• A good working knowledge of both alphabetical and numerical filing systems
• Be educated to a good standard (GCSE or equivalent)
Your duties will include:
• Basic admin duties such as photocopying, scanning, faxing and filing etc.
• Effectively dealing with enquiries over the phone
• Liaising with relevant officers and senior managers
• Opening and closing files on case management systems
• Arranging the collection and distribution of post
