Administrative Assistant ( Part Time)

Pay: £12.62ph + Holiday Pay

Location: Central London

Start Date: 2nd of July (for 9 weeks)

A temporary opportunity has arisen for a proactive Administrative Assistant to join an innovative team in Central London.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Executive Secretary in preparing documentation for Council sessions

  • Taking minutes of one or more committees, and post-Council writing up of minutes

  • Assisting with post-committee correspondence to membership and grant applicants

  • Assisting with Society membership correspondence, including some processing of payments and credit cards

  • Updating the website and Society publicity leaflets

Person Specification:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills,

  • Good attention to detail.

  • Ability to deal with sensitive data and password protected systems

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and Microsoft Office

  • Experience of Wordpress and/or editing website content is desirable.
