The Insolvency Support Team is involved in supporting the department to help consumers and businesses through various debt solution processes.

Your new role
In this role, you will be joining the Insolvency Support team.
You will be responsible for reporting to the Insolvency Support Team Leader, acting in an administrative capacity to the Insolvency Support Team and the wider department. You will undertake duties such as: updating computer based records, organising all office mail, and liaising across teams. You will also be involved in taking phone calls from clients and forwarding them on to the appropriate caseworkers. This requires excellent professional telephone manner.
When providing administrative support to the wider office you will be expected to undertake general administrative duties as and when they are required. This means that the ability to effectively manage your time will be essential in order to succeed in this role.
What you'll need to succeed
The preferred candidate will have demonstrated experience in an administrative role within a busy office environment, preferably with a background in Insolvency. You will be confident in your communication skills, both verbal and written, as effective communication is essential in this role. You should be adaptable to new tasks, due to the wide-ranging nature of the role.
Preferred candidates should be educated to NAT5 level, or equivalent and it would be beneficial to have SVQ level 2/3 in Business Administration, though this is not essential.
