Your new company My client are an internationally recognised manufacturer of specialist cleaning and healthcare products, they are looking to appoint an experienced Administrator to join their Tenders Team.
Your new role Supporting the Tenders Manager you will be responsible for the coordination of the tenders process, in particular assisting with the completion of customer questionnaires, gathering the information required to complete the tender, check the daily tender tracker email notifications of tenders that have been published and respond by registering the business' interest. You will also act as a central point with regard to all enquiries and queries and be responsible for updating the tender database.
Full training will be provided on the business and products and the tender process and there are excellent opportunities for career development within the group.
What you'll need to succeed You will need to demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and to often very tight deadlines. The ability to maintain concentration and accuracy during some repetitive work will also be important. You will have excellent written English, with good spelling and punctuation, and have an eye for detail. Experience working in Bids and or Tenders would be an advantage but is not essential, it is more important that ou have the right attitude and can demonstrate the competencies above.
