A leading Financial Services company is currently seeking a Administrative Assistant to support the Investment Management team. This is a fantastic organisation which offers wonderful benefits and the opportunity to progress and grow.

Duties include:

  • Communicating with professional intermediaries such as Solicitors, Accountants and Financial Advisers and to clients directly
  • Preparing and processing all new client forms and amendments
  • Monitoring of transfers for assets and cash from other institutions
  • Managing and processing expenses
  • Liaising with the operations department
  • Ensuring client communications are recorded correctly on the system
  • Audio typing as and when required to do so

Experience required:

  • Willing to work to obtain relevant qualifications dependant on experience
  • Previous administrative ideally within Financial Services experience is beneficial
  • Audio typing experience is beneficial
  • Ability to work on own initiative to improve business
  • Solid accuracy, numeracy and attention to detail
