We are looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant for an UHNW Family Office in Mayfair, Central London.
For cultural reasons only male candidates are being considered for this position.
The working hours will be Monday Friday, 9am-5pm. Your time will be divided between the office in Mayfair, and home-based working for part of the week.
You will be supporting the Director of the Family Office on a day-to-day basis, assisting him with a multitude of tasks from the routine to ad-hoc.
The ideal candidate will be professional and discreet, detail orientated and self-motivated, and will be able to prioritise work from various locations, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This is a brand new role and a great opportunity for an individual with a professional manner and excellent administrative skills looking to work in a fast paced office with a close knit team.

Scheduling and diarizing meetings
Organise travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
Data entry and management
Filtering phone calls and taking messages
Assist with the preparation of household documentation
Liaising with household contractors
Maintain financial documents and track expenses
Special projects as directed
To be considered for this role you must;
Have excellent contactable references
Have previous experience in an administrative role
Have strong MS Office skills
