We are looking for an experienced Administrator with an excellent attitude, high attention to detail and proven ability to maintain great relationships internally and externally.
- Esure that internal and external relationships are well maintained, with prompt, accurate and courteous communication
- To provide an accurate, efficient and professional service to all partners, clients and internal sales staff, from receipt of proposal to payout and throughout the life of the agreement, performing all transactions in line with KPI’s
- Take ownership of the processing of new business proposals onto the in-house database and IT tools, ensuring procedures, policies and guidelines are adhered to and a consistent and high quality service is provided to ensure SLA’s are met
