Administrative Assistant

We are delighted to be seeking an Administrator to support the distribution team for our client an independent and well established company located in Mildenhall. This is a permanent, full time position. You must be able to drive due to the location.

This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with previous administrative experience. You must be a confident person with exceptional customer service skills.

Duties of the role will include; first point of contact with customers, all general administration tasks, raising orders and quotations, up-selling and cross-selling products, invoicing, dealing with complaints and returns, chasing deliveries, building relationships with customers, advising what's in stock and advising lead times, organising collections and working with other team members.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner, strong IT and admin skills, good literate and numerate skills, a team player, outstanding customer service and relationship building skills, bubbly, friendly, outgoing and positive.
