Administration Assistant for Irlam based company
Your new company
Based in Irlam, as the Administration Assistant you will be joining this supply chain company on a temporary to permanent basis.
Your new role
Perform a variety of administrative duties requiring knowledge of office systems and procedures. Including a combination of answering telephones and administrative processing
Taking incoming calls and taking messages from customers resolving queries.
Undertaking all general administration which will also include preparing invoices, processing payments, create reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
Transmit information or documents to customers, using various methods of communication.
File and retrieve company documents and records.
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, management systems.
The above duties may involve having access to information of a confidential nature and confidentiality must be maintained at all times.
What you'll need to succeed
Good standard of numeracy or literacy.
Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
Good telephone manner.
Managing one's own time and the time of others.
Communicating effectively both written and verbally.
What you'll get in return
Temporary to permanent position
£up to £20000 pa depending upon experience.
Monday to Friday 9.00am-5pm
Onsite car parking facilities
