Fairways is recruiting an Administrative Assistant for our wholesale client who are based in Perthshire.
Due to location own transport is essential.
To provide administrative support service to management team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Processing delivery notes and entering orders onto Orderwise system
Dealing with customer / clients / suppliers who call into the office or on the telephone
Ensuring that messages are passed onto the relevant staff member accurately and timeously
Receiving deliveries from suppliers and directing them to appropriate unloading area
Processing Credit Card and Payments
Filing of Delivery Notes
All administration duties
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are essential
Well organised with good time management skills including the ability to prioritise workload
Previous experience of working within a similar role
Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel & Word
Ability to work effectively in a team
Excellent attention to detail
Experience of a CRM system advantageous

Salary: TBC depending on experience
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 3.45pm
Holidays 28 days per annum
