This role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract. The Administrative Assistant will build an understanding of the nature of the groups' work, get to know the fee earners and build relationships with the PAs across the groups. The Administrative Assistant will also build strong relationships internally.
Key responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant
Organise and prioritise workload and keep a level-headed approach in a busy working environment.
Printing, scanning, copying and filing documents and emails.
Assist with training, business development and finance administration.
Arranging meetings, conference calls, video conferences and events.
Arranging couriers and taxis.
Taking accurate and detailed telephone messages.
Take ownership of enquiries, or identify alternative contacts as appropriate.
Accurate and regular maintenance of filing systems, e-filing, and archiving and retrieval of files from store.
Provide cover for others in the team as requested.
Ad hoc duties as and when required.
