Administrative Assistant- Manchester City Centre- Pulse Community Healthcare.

Are you an organised and experienced Administrative Assistant looking for a new opportunity within Manchester?

Pulse provides safe, effective social care and health support services to people in their own environment. We work as a trusted partner with a variety of organisations to provide 'care packages’ in the community. These include hospitals and primary care trusts, local authorities, GPs, charities, case-management companies and voluntary organisations as well as private individuals.

Our aim is to make a positive difference to the well-being of individuals and where possible improve their wellbeing within our care packages. We work with over 200 commissioners nationwide and work in partnership with clients and commissioners to design very specific and personal clinical care plans to enable our clients to live as independently as possible, encompassing their likes, dislikes and preferences wherever possible.

To do this, we require confident and passionate Admin Assistant to join our friendly, hard working team within Manchester.

This role is ideal for an enthusiastic individual looking to begin, or to further their career as an office Admin Assistant in a fun and fast paced environment.

You will be confident and organised within your approach, and be able to prioritise tasks accordingly. You will have excellent communication skills, and will be a motivated team player with a positive outlook towards work.

Responsibilities of this role will include but aren't limited to -

  • Working with reports

  • Supporting the office team within any tasks they require

  • Answering incoming enquiries via calls and emails in a timely manner

  • Uploading data quickly and efficiently to computer systems

  • Liaising internally with branches and managers across the board

  • Liaising with existing candidates and keeping a record of communication

  • Liaising with new candidates, promoting the Pulse Community Healthcare brand

  • Taking payments for DBS’s and training certificates

  • Liaising with QX team in India

  • Verifying certificates for training

This role is permanent and full time. You will be working Monday - Friday and you will be based at our office within the vibrant Manchester city centre.
