Administrative Assistant in Established Charity in SW London - £22-25,000

About the Role

As the successful Executive Assistant you will have the following key responsibilities:

- Managing the diary and office of the Chief Executive and board of directors

- Providing project support to the Chief Executive and board of directors, including information gathering/collection and preparation of reports

- Ensuring that the Chief Executive is well-prepared for meetings and has all the necessary documents they require

- Arranging and organising travel and accommodation including flights, hotels and transfer

- Planning, designing, producing and overseeing the distribution of any items required for membership promotion

- To take accurate minutes during meetings and distribute the same to the relevant parties

- To produce reports and presentations for distribution to relevant parties

The ideal candidate will be/have:

- Excellent telephone manner

- Professional appearance and reliability

- Ability to take initiative and multitask without constant supervision

- Experience in a similar administrative role

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc.)

- Able to demonstrate discretion when dealing with matters of a confidential nature

- Great attention to detail

Pay, Hours and Benefits

- You will be paid between £22 and £25,000

- Working hours are Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00
