The recruitment department of the French Chamber of Great Britain is acting as an agency for its 600 member companies, one of which is currently recruiting an Administrative Assistant.
Our client is currently looking for a bilingual assistant. It's a small premium company placing bespoke and high calibre nannies to families in London and overseas.
The main responsibilities include:
- Answering the phone,
- Greeting candidates,
- Arranging courier,
- Keeping the reception area tidy,
- Keeping invoices and receipts,
- Checking references,
- Advertising positions,
- Assisting the agency director.
The successful candidate will be articulate, organized, efficient, proactive, reliable, multi-tasking and personable. You must be computer literate and have working knowledge at Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.
Languages required: fluent French and English.
Ideal start date: Tuesday 1st of May 2018.
Days & Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9am till 6pm.
Salary offered: £18,000 per year.
There will be an opportunity to become a recruitment consultant within the company.
