Administrative Assistant £20,000 - £23,000 London N3
We are a leading independent recruitment agency, established for 25 years and based in our busy office in Finchley Central (Just next to the station). We work with a wide range of clients across North and Central London providing temporary and permanent staffing solutions. Clients love to work with us as they can be confident that our candidates not only meet their requirements but that all candidates are fully vetted and referenced.
We are looking for a versatile and organised administrator to join our team. Reporting to our Senior Administration Officer you will be given full training and support to develop your experience and knowledge. The role is varied and will include:
Updating and maintaining the database
Assisting consultants as and when required with every aspect of the recruitment process.
Taking full, detailed messages and assisting callers whenever possible.
Timesheet management - dealing with both candidates and clients. Checking timesheets for errors which have been overlooked by the clients, resolving any queries.
Typing CVs ensuring the company format is maintained. An eye for detail is essential
Compliance - dealing with candidates’ CV’s, obtaining references, checking dates etc
Updating bookings - sending confirmations to candidates and clients.
Ensuring timesheets are ready for candidates and all correct details have been input.
Sending out references / checking dates carefully.
Scanning and Photocopying
Preparing payroll information and candidate records
Candidates should demonstrate:
Strong communication skills both written and verbal. .
Strong MS office skills - including word and basic excel
Initiative, commitment, an eye for details and a willingness to learn new systems.
