Our client in Wetherby is looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join their well established team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain accurate records of all communications with the customers within a bespoke management system
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Liaising with internal teams
  • Liaising with Account Managers to maintain positive customer relationships
  • Customer Service - be a key part of keeping our current relationships strong and clients feeling valued
  • 1st port of call for any customer queries
  • Assisting with the production of sales proposals and marketing literature and sending out to clients
  • Creation of monthly service reports
  • Supporting with all Sales Support administration
  • Research industry news, trends and topical issues for social media and blog content
  • Monitor competitor marketing activity
  • Research, obtain quotes and order branded marketing materials / items
  • Update sales database with changes to contact details
