Our client in Wetherby is looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join their well established team.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications with the customers within a bespoke management system
- Liaising with suppliers
- Liaising with internal teams
- Liaising with Account Managers to maintain positive customer relationships
- Customer Service - be a key part of keeping our current relationships strong and clients feeling valued
- 1st port of call for any customer queries
- Assisting with the production of sales proposals and marketing literature and sending out to clients
- Creation of monthly service reports
- Supporting with all Sales Support administration
- Research industry news, trends and topical issues for social media and blog content
- Monitor competitor marketing activity
- Research, obtain quotes and order branded marketing materials / items
- Update sales database with changes to contact details
