Job Title: Administration/Clerical Assistant

Salary: £9.30 - £12.00 p/h

Location: Birmingham

We are looking to recruit multiple eager, hardworking individuals to perform a range of administration tasks, ranging from scanning documents, to arranging meetings.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handling & processing mail.
  • PA duties.
  • Making and receiving phone calls.
  • Photocopying documents.
  • Paper work

Skills & Abilities

  • Previous experience as a PA to a CFO/FD or CEO is preferred, but not essential.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge and active practice of GDPR standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • The ability to multi task and be confident to swap from one job to another (once given training) in order to fill gaps in staffing.
