Contract: Temp to Perm

Salary: £7.50

Start date: March 2018

Working Hours: 1pm-5pm Mon-Fri - Extra hours needed on occasion to cover sickness and holiday

Description: Emerald Windows are looking for an administrator to join their team within the office. Full training will be provided on the job. Main responsibilities include:

  • Answering the phone
  • Communicating with clients and customers over the phone, via email and face-to-face
  • Managing emails
  • General Admin
  • Data entry
  • Processing orders
  • Scheduling customer appointments
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Updating current document
  • Occasional letter writing
  • Assist with occasional delivery from suppliers

Experience or Skills required:

  • Good telephone Manner
  • Good communication skills
  • Computer literate, ideally with experience using Microsoft office

This is initially a temporary contract for 1 year to cover maternity, however there may be the opportunity for this to become a permanent position.
