Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Administration & Technical Support based in Edgbaston, Birmingham to work with one of the largest Utility companies. They are looking for the best talent to join them in delivering an outstanding customer experience

Administration & Technical Support – Role Objective

The successful applicant will be providing Administration & Technical Support, serving the needs of customers, regulators and our infrastructure teams , through the provision of efficient, accurate and logical services

Administration & Technical Support – Key Accountabilities
  • Provide Operational Technical Support to Customer Network Delivery Infra teams
  • Responsible for building operational shifts for field teams and maintaining in line with changing shift profiles
  • Monitor Inbox's and work bench queues to manage work requests adhering to internal and external SLAs
  • Technically complete works orders to the required standard
  • To provide support to colleagues outside of area in order to ensure team targets are achieved
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of our processes and procedures
  • Be able to perform a large and varied number of administrative and support tasks
  • Flexible management of workload to prioritise and deal with a reactive nature of role, in order to deliver for our stakeholders and customers
Administration & Technical Support - Experience

In order to succeed in this role it is expected that you will have:
  • Experience/training in a similar utility based industry or administrative role
  • Competent use of IT especially SAP ECC and Click would be preferential
  • Experience in using computer generated reports to analyse and report data
  • Strong Stakeholder management skills
  • Willing to be flexible in relation to work hours

Administration & Technical Support – Additional Information
  • This is a temporary role to start as soon as possible until the 30 September 2018
  • The rate of pay is £9.19 per hour
