Administration Team Supervisor - Prestigious company
Working for an International company, this role is responsible for a team of 12 Administrators who perform all admin tasks for colleagues, internal and external customers. The focus is on continuous development of processes and embedding of customer service excellence. You must have a progressive CV, demonstrating strong people management and process improvement experience.
This is a very involved role, focusing on the day to day as well as strategic development of the function. Duties will include:
Day to day leadership of a team of Customer Service Administrators, who complete tasks such as creating customer estimates, placing stock orders and invoicing
Embed customer excellence into everything the team does
Set and keep track of Admin SLA’s
Managing any escalations of queries
Develop and maintain strong working relationships internally and externally
Develop and train both new and existing staff
Use continuous improvement techniques to make processes slicker
The ideal candidate
You would ideally have proven experience within a supervisory role, preferably within Administration or Customer Service. You will need to be a strong communicator with an ability to build lasting relationships easily. As a supervisor, it is important to motivate the team and lead by example to help the team to deliver the highest standards of Customer Service. The successful candidate will also be able to demonstrate that they have used continuous improvement techniques to make processes better in their previous employment.
This is a full time role working Monday - Friday. Free parking is also offered on site.
