Administration Team Manager

£25-£27K Plus Bonus

Role Responsibilities;

  • Develop and support the team leaders
  • Ensure all instructions are allocated within agreed service requirements. Minimise errors and loss
  • Accurately report on volume of work received/delivered in house
  • Manage fulfilment requirements for PM clients
  • Host team meetings as and when required as well as a monthly meeting.
  • Review areas that each team member is responsible for to balance workloads
  • Assist TL’s in developing and supporting the team
  • Ensure all PM client work is allocated regardless of coverage
  • Incorporate new clients on the team and understand their procedures and requirements
  • Manage portfolio work to minimise risk and exposure
  • Weekly and monthly conference calls with fulfilment clients
  • Host team meetings as and when required as well as a monthly meeting
  • Review areas that each team member is responsible for to balance workloads
  • Develop and support the team
  • Manage availability for all clients and suggest changes to the tap colour the client is in where applicable
  • Review monthly objectives set for all team leaders/deputy team leaders and make amendments where necessary
  • Set quarterly objectives for all team leaders
  • Complete my own monthly and quarterly objectives and report accordingly
  • Sample check a % of compliance undertaken by team leader/deputy team leader

Qualifications Required;

  • GCSE in English and Maths Grade A-C
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill
  • Team Management Experience

  • Is accurate and has good attention to detail
  • Is organised to ensure all tasks are achieved
  • Able to train, coach and motivate staff
  • Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Enjoys working in a busy atmosphere
  • Able to think laterally and logically
  • Demonstrates flexibility to meet the changing needs of our clients, the department and the company
