Sourcing / screening candidates -from Reed.co.uk and contacting them to discuss what each candidate is looking for. Identify areas of interest for the candidates and
Going through Job applications - identify potential candidates for all consultants, advertising jobs, cv amendments for candidates to send to clients, answering inbound calls and obtaining candidate compliance details, and updating the client data base with current contact details for new managers.
Marketing/ehsots for both client and candidates.
We need individuals that have worked in a telesales or phone based role previously, we would like to speak to candidates that are interested in looking into the recruiting industry as a whole.
Confident with picking up the phone and speaking to people, strong oragnisation skills and good work ethics.
This is a fun / friendly place to work, but we are a hard working team and need someone who is motivated and willing to learn.
As a minimum you will need a proven background in administration and be a confident call handler.
