My client based in Coventry are looking for a new Office Admin Assistant to join their team!
They are looking for candidates with a good level of admin experience, as well as fantastic organisation and communication skills, and longevity at work.
The role consists of managing mailboxes, chasing paperwork completion and legal documents while providing an efficient and comprehensive administration service within their Office Department.
You would be performing tasks such as processing documents, and escalating required cases to the relevant people concerned, providing great administration service for building users and a host of other tasks.
The role is 35 hours per week for a 3 month period and successful candidates will be rewarded with a competitive salary, plus company benefits!
