Administration Support Manager

Are you a superstar administrator? Our fantastic client base din Surrey is seeking a strong administrator to join their thriving company in an ever growing and developing organisation.

Responsibilities will include:
Liaising with suppliers
Set up of email accounts and maintaining accurate records
SharePoint management and training
Managing and maintaining internal systems
Support and assist with facilities management, liaising with building contractors for property maintenance
Administration support to the HR department
Banking functions support dealing with payments, invoices, contracts, reviewing processes and procedures
Manage staff rota's liaising with all departments
Assist with new building set ups
Manage the IT requirements
Administration support to all company departments
Key skills required for this role:
Excellent communication skills
Strong administration experience in a similar role
Client relationship building experience
Fantastic Microsoft Office Suite skills including Excel
Strong communication and negotiation skills
