About The Role

As such, we now have exciting opportunities to join our HR & Payroll Service Delivery team in a newly created working pattern, either 4pm-8pm or 5pm-8pm Monday-Friday (minimum of 4 days) working between 12-20 hours per week.

In this key role of Operational Administrator, you will take ownership of processing information required for our customers across the employee life-cycle using our Oracle system. You will maintain professional customer contact via email and our internal service request process.

Working alongside your Performance Leader, you will use your experience to drive improvement and increase service standards.

About You

You will be required to have strong attention to detail, along with good numerical and grammatical skills to produce correspondence for customers and update our Oracle system. A positive team player, you will demonstrate a "can do" attitude. This is a target driven role, managing multiple priorities with tight deadlines, therefore being able to work in a fast paced environment to set service level agreements is essential. Previous administration & strong PC skills is highly desirable.
