My client is a leader in their field, looking to recruit for an Administration Manager Working as part of the management team, the Admin Manager is responsible for providing an efficient and effective support service across all aspects of the operation. The Administration Manager will assist the Manager in ensuring compliance with internal and external policies.
Processing, monitoring and effective systems management of relevant information (financial and non-financial)
Collating and communicating accurate and efficient data, highlighting anomalies / risks promptly to assist the Manager to drive quality and continuous improvement
Effective administration service including payroll, rotas, holiday, recruitment, leaver data, absence management and staff training
Act with professionalism and integrity at all times
