ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
Location: Tameside Area
Salary: Up to £35,000
Our Client has a super exciting opportunity which is a newly created role to join their expanding and stable business. Working for an established firm of 'whole of the market' Financial Advisers the successful Candidate will join the team as a Senior Administrator / Admin Manager in which you will provide direct support to four Administrators + the Managing Director, as well as managing a team of five Administrators.
This is a very important hire for the business, and someone with the right personality to fit in with a small yet growing business is absolutely essential. You will have strong leadership skills, with a can do and 'lead from the front' attitude.
It is essential that those applying for the role offer a number of years previous experience working in an Admin capacity within an IFA Practice during which time you will have become an expert in the use of Provider Platforms and using Back Office Systems. Working very closely with the MD, you will monitor and manage workflows, and keep the office afloat whilst conducting the role of IFA Administrator, where the usual duties will consist of;
- Producing complex and detailed reports to aid the financial advisers
- Corresponding with clients
- Processing new business
- Performing fund switches
- Liaising with investment companies
- Creating fund research to build model portfolios
- Performing yearly reviews of existing client
- Maintaining the client database ensuring all information is correct and up to date.
