Our client is a well-known Jewish Educational establishment based in London. Alongside the establishment, our client also runs a dynamic and growing communal charitable organisation. We are currently recruiting for an Administration Manager to ensure the smooth running of the educational part of the organisation. This position will benefit from early Friday's as well as a generous holiday package.
Responsibilities will include:

* Ensuring the smooth running of the offices
* Liaising with parents and teachers on a regular basis
* Responsible for all school correspondence; sending application forms, registering new students and following up with potential parents
* Marketing services and events offered by the organisation via the website and member contact
* Coordination and organisation of school events and handling all related administration
* Updating in-house database with member information
* Emailing Membership forms and managing the signing up process
