Horsham - £21-25,000 + Bonus & Excellent Package

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated candidate with previous client services/administration experience within Financial Services, Banking or Insurance to join an award winning Investment Platform located in West Sussex.

You will be responsible for:

  • Reviewing and processing new business applications
  • Management of re-registrations, transfers and transactions
  • Reviewing and servicing clients’ accounts
  • Interacting with internal and external clients
  • Assisting and resolving client enquiries, adhering to timescales and service level expectations
  • Relationship building and providing excellent service standards

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to display the following skills:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working within client or customer services within the financial services or insurance sector
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication
  • Strong organisational, time management and problem solving skills
