Administrator - Manchester M32 - Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm£20500 + benefits etc

Based on reception, of a small open plan office… greeting all visitors together with varied ADMINISTRATION tasks - Providing support to the Management team, assisting with reports etc.

You will be first point of contact for all visitors in this busy friendly office, you will also work as an Administrator to the Team...

You will have a smart professional appearance with excellent communication skills.

  • Meeting and greeting all visitors in a pleasant manner
  • Handle all calls in a courteous and polite manner ensuring that all are answered within allotted timescales
  • Handle and respond to all requests for assistance or complaints or direction
  • Use EXCEL - Emailing & producing reports / document / word duties
  • Customer Service & Administration back ground preferred…

Car owner / driver needed -
