Administration Coordinator needed in Yeovil!

REED are working with a very well established business based on the outskirts of Yeovil City Centre.

The company are looking for somebody that has very good attention to detail, good coordination and organisational skills as well as having access to a vehicle.

This is a very exciting opportunity for somebody who is wanting to work with a 5* Business that helps the community.

The typical duties for this role are;
* Helping with the post inbound and outbound - Franking and distributing.
* Coordinating diaries and helping to arrange meetings as well as the venue hire, car parking etc.
* Ensure all stationary is fully stocked as well as all other resources.
* Accurately input data onto the systems and ensures that all updates are recorded where necessary.
* Administer all records for petty cash, help with processing of invoices as well as handling cash and cheques. 
* Help with carrying out routine housekeeping checks on IT systems and other manual equipment.

This role requires you to have a license as you will be required sometimes to work in a different office based in Shepton Mallet. 

The working hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00

The pay per hours for this is £7.78.
