SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Administration Co-ordinator to based with one of their fantastic clients in Burton Upon Trent. Due to the location of the offices, you must be able to drive for this opportunity. The role is to be based on a 4 month Fixed Term Contract initially and will be office based, with the opportunity to work from home 1 day per week.
This is a great role, within a lovely environment and you will be supporting a great team! The role is based on a 35 hour week with flexibility on offer for start and finish times.
Typical duties for the role will include:
- Processing purchase orders
- Diary management and travel arrangements
- Collating data
- Updating company systems
- Assisting the department with all day to day administration
- Communicating with key stakeholders
This is a very varied role and our client is looking for someone with a strong administration background alongside knowledge of Microsoft Office.
