The Role
A truly unique opportunity to join a multi-Family Office/investment manager whose core competency is implementing bespoke investment solutions for wealthy families, individuals, and institutional investors. This new, client facing role offers a varied and interesting set of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting to Client Relationship Manager
  • Primary point of contact for client inquiries (face to face, telephone, email etc.).
  • Manage the full client onboarding lifecycle, including KYC/AML and platform integration (an established framework is in place and full training will be given)
  • Prepare client materials and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate client meetings and process account documentation.
  • Assist with client communications and resolve service requests.
  • Note taking at client meetings.
  • Collaborate on operational tasks and assist with ad-hoc projects.
  • Basic manipulation of data in MS Excel.

Successful Applicant

  • A good level of academic achievement, University graduate, A level, GCSE etc.).
  • Competent with Excel desirable.
  • Previous experience in an office based/corporate environment
  • in a task-oriented role.
  • Excellent organisation & time management skills.
  • Excellent communication - confident liaising with clients and SLT.
  • Proactive attitude to task management & delivery.
  • Comfortable working in a regulated environment.
