My client are a thriving business who are recruiting for a new Sales Administrator to join their close knit team based in LS11.
As a Sales Administrator your duties will include:
- Ensure orders are inputted correctly and efficiently
- Processing sales orders
- Supporting the sales team with administrative duties
- Dealing with inbound customer enquiries regards products and their accounts
- Making sure correct customer details are on the system
- Dealing with incoming customer e-mails in a timely manner
- Invoicing of daily order dispatches
- Respond to any general enquiries efficiently
As an Administrator you will have the following skills:
- Previous Administration experience is essential
- Previous experience working on a CRM System
- Excellent communication skills
- Ideally a manufacturing background or within electrical services
- Good knowledge of all Microsoft office packages
