My client are a well-established legal firm based in Nottingham City Centre who are looking for an Administrator. This role would suit anybody who has previous Administration experience and is familiar working in a Professional Services/Legal environment.
As an Administration Assistant your duties will include:
- Updating and maintaining all client files
- Organising internal and external events
- Printing/Copying/Scanning as and when required
- Organising and booking internal and external meetings
- Processing of expenses
As an Administration Assistant you will have the following skills:
- Previous Administration experience is essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly proficient on Microsoft Packages
- Ability to work towards and meet deadlines
- Highly organised
