My client a professional legal organisation based in the centre of Leeds is looking to recruit an Administrative Assistant.
General duties will consist of;
Working on reception answering incoming calls and taking messages where necessary as well as meeting and greeting all visitors
Providing tea/coffee/refreshments and checking that meeting rooms are tidy
Photocopying, scanning and uploading documents
Filing of documents
Dealing with daily incoming and outgoing post
Ad hoc office administration including stationery ordering
Key skills & Experience required;
Previous administration experience within a similiar environment
Accuracy and atttention to detail is crucial
An ability to demonstrate an aptitude for working with complex procedures and deadlines
Ability to work consistently to very high standards
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to work meticulously and efficiently whilst managing a number of tasks
Good typing skills essential
Good computer and IT skills essential
Flexibility and adaptability are crucial as the role is supporting numerous teams and managers
