Administration Assistant sought for new Cardiff office by national law firm. You will be responsible for providing clerical and administrative support to the Conveyancing and Accounts Team in order to assist with the smooth running of the firm. Requirements include being proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word and Outlook), general filing, answering the telephone, taking messages, arranging meetings, opening, sorting and distribution of post, scanning and photocopying various documents, making up paper files, typing correspondence, dealing with the post and DX, data inputting onto the Case Management System as and when required. You will need to have a GCSE in English and Maths grade D/level 4 or above (or equivalent). Experience working in a law firm useful but not essential.
