Recruit 121 are currently recruiting for an Administration Assistant paying £16,000 - £20,000pa to join an established business near Bridgend. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly engaging employer who will train and support you.

Main duties

  • General administration to support the department
  • Taking inbound calls from brokers and handling their queries
  • First point of contact for all internal queries
  • Liaising with internal departments
  • Researching and creating reports
  • Adhere to departmental administration

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum 3 A Levels at Grade C or equivalent
  • Strong organisational and time-keeping skills
  • Fully competent in MS Office ideal but training will be provided
  • Ability to think independently, make decisions and solve problems

Personal Spec

  • Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and plan workload
  • High attention to detail
