- General administration to support the department
- Taking inbound calls from brokers and handling their queries
- First point of contact for all internal queries
- Liaising with internal departments
- Researching and creating reports
- Adhere to departmental administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 3 A Levels at Grade C or equivalent
- Strong organisational and time-keeping skills
- Fully competent in MS Office ideal but training will be provided
- Ability to think independently, make decisions and solve problems
- Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
- Ability to prioritise tasks and plan workload
- High attention to detail
