The Office Support Division of SF Group are currently recruiting for a 12 week temporary Administration Assistant.

As this is a Temporary position ideally you will be Immediately Available to start on Monday.

Responsibilities:

  • Speaking to candidates in regards to their experience on their CV
  • Ensuring all right to work documents are up to date, ID forms etc.
  • Database management – updating internal database, updating filing & closing accounts etc.
  • Answering incoming and making outbound calls dealing with different enquires
  • Formatting CVs
  • Speaking to candidates in regards to potential roles
  • Supporting the sales team with any ad hoc admin duties

Salary: £8.20ph

Working Hours:

Monday to Thursday – 08:30 to 16:30 with a 30 minute lunch

Friday – 08:30 to 16:30 with a 1 hour lunch
