Temporary Full Time Administration Assistant in Carlisle

Your new role
You will be working as part of the administration team, providing support for your allocated department. You'll be responsible for answering calls in a professional and consistent manner, welcoming visitors, and dealing with incoming/outgoing mail. Your other roles will include inputting data, updating databases, dealing with correspondence, filing, scanning and photocopying. You will also be minute taking at meetings and compiling, editing and formatting documents. The role is expected to last for approximately 9 months.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 1 years, recent administration experience gained within a busy and commercial office environment. You will be well-presented with a professional telephone manner and confident communication skills, able to easily liaise with your colleagues to ensure that tasks are completed within strict deadlines. You will have strong IT skills, with efficient and accurate typing skills and ideally intermediate level Excel.
